They took an EXTRA 35 dollars, on top of our monthly dues to "make improvements to the gym". NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! This was over a month ago. We feel taken advantage of. Horrible. Just horrible.
More expensive than any other one and yet it's really small, it's corrupt everyone will tell you different prices trying to get extra money out of you and they really push on having you put a bunch of money down. Honestly horrible and I feel what makes it this way is the manager I think her name is Jill . Go any where else !
Switched from Fitness19 to Snap in St. Boni. Like it alot! Very clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Equipment works and is kept in good condition. I don't need a huge place to work out just clean with good equipment and smiling faces. They are always trying new classes also.
Whom ever runs this Snapfitness in St. Boni must not care for new customers. I called and emailed them about a month ago to join their gym, I never received a call back or email. I had to go to the Snap in Waconia to sign up.
I seriously think no one runs the place. Bleeping clock on the wall has been dead for over a week!!! They messed up our membership. Freeze husband. Leave wife's active. How bleeping hard is that?
This is the smallest Snap I have been too. I tried this gym out when I moved and transferred from another Snap. This gym messed up my billing soon after I transferred and said I owed more than $300. I was clearly upset and tried to fight this. I spoke to the owner and he seemed very arrogant and rude in his email. Not very professional at all. I will never go back to this Snap. I have had great experiences at the Hutchinson facility where I used to go.
