My experience with these guys was very easy, no pressure, and helpful. They gave me more than my car was listed for on Kelly Blue Book and also worked out a fair price for my new car. They also came out to my work to fix two minor issues that I found with the car the week after I bought it and delivered me a new spare tire.
Just purchased a vehicle from Jason at J & K Sales. He is very honest and not pushy. The antithesis of a used car salesman. We felt like were in control of the buying process the whole time. And the price was low enough that we did not have negotiate it. I love that. I would say the whole process from test drive through driving off the lot was less than 20 minutes. I am used to spending 2-3 hours at a car dealership.
First off the only reason I took off 1 star was the lack of financing. They do not do it here. But honestly Jason at J&K Auto was probably my favorite car salesman ever. Super down to earth and not pushy at all which I love. Granted this place is small, not a lot of inventory, vehicles are as is, and no financing but that doesn't matter. I came there for a used car that I wanted and was treated very well by Jason and his staff. On another note I am not originally from MN and had no idea that St. Bonifacius even existed but I would be willing to make that 1 hour and 15 minute drive from St. Cloud to buy from this dealer again. It's hard to find salesman that act like human beings anymore. So thank you Jason and J&K Auto I wish you guys the best of luck out there.
The biggest reason I liked this place is that the paper work only took 5 minutes. He could of been more willing to deal on price but overall a good experience!
Called the guy and said he was open. Got here a few minutes after 12 and said the shop was closed. He provided false information and then couldn't compisate for our time. This is a perfect example of how to lose customers.
